Areas to be covered:
North OR South (could offer a National role for the right candidate)

Remuneration: £50,000 - £70,000 doe + bonus tbc (car allowance will be built into the basic salary)

The role of the Business Development Manager – Building Envelope Solutions will involve:

* Business Development Manager position promoting high quality building envelope solutions / services

* All of your time will be spent selling to designers, consultants, main contractors and housing providers

* Turnover tbc depending on experience

* 80% new business / 20% account management

* Carrying out site surveys as and when required

The ideal applicant will be an Business Development Manager – Building Envelope Solutions with:

* Must have business development experience in the building envelope, facades, cladding, rainscreen, curtain walling sectors

* Must have sold to designers, consultants, main contractors and housing providers

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

* Must be able to hit the ground running

* IT literate
