Sales and Management Graduate Programme

Responsibilities

• Start as an Indoor Sales Support Consultant, generating sales opportunities via calls

• Attend our World Class Sales Academy, shadow operational and sales staff

• Service customers in a geographical area, support in servicing washroom products and removing hazardous waste

• Gain exposure to sales‑based roles across the business

• Decide which area to specialise in after a broad understanding of the business

• Engage in local projects and complete the Leadership Development Programme

• Opportunity to progress to senior positions such as Sales Team Leader, Key Account Manager, or Branch Manager

• A minimum 2.2 degree in BSc/BA in any subject (Business related, transport, logistics, supply chain or management disciplines preferred but not necessary)
• A full UK manual driving licence
• Target‑driven, ambitious and self‑motivated
• Comfortable working out in the field dealing with customers face‑to‑face
• Want to work with people and provide excellent customer service
• A desire to work hard and have fun.

Demonstrates strong customer service skills and a target‑driven mindset, with a willingness to engage in sales opportunities and participate in leadership development. Holds a full UK manual driving licence and possesses a degree in a relevant field.
