Internal Sales Co Ordinator

Location: Swinton

Sales Administrator. Swinton. £28k + bonus

An experienced and commercially minded Sales Administrator is required to join a successful company, based in Swinton. An exciting time to join as they continue to enjoy a period of growth within the business. ( No outbound sales involved! )

Duties will include;

* Being the first point of contact for customers by phone and email

* Giving quotes and sending to customers

* Checking stock availability and processing orders onto the system

* Arranging delivery

* Handling stock shortages, courier complaints and incorrect warehouse picks

* Liaising with other departments

The successful candidate will have previous sales order processing experience, strong communication skills. A good working knowledge of IT - in particular Excel ( any knowledge of Salesforce and/or Power BI would be a definite advantage ). In the future there is also the potential to progress into an Office Manager role.
