Job Title: Mandarin / English Full-time Sales Executive– Manchester

Contract Type: Full-time Permanent

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-17:30pm

Location: Manchester

The key tasks include but are not limited to:

• Acting as the main point of contact between clients and Prominent Education.
• Achieving sales targets by providing sales consultation and cross-selling services.
• Proactively sourcing and generating new client leads to supplement those provided by the marketing team and executing sales plans to meet sale targets.
• Negotiating terms of sales and agreements, and finalising sales with clients.
• Collecting market and client information to ascertain client needs.
• Addressing client inquiries and resolving objections to facilitate purchases.
• Working with tutoring operations team to facilitate tutoring sessions and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Enhancing the client continuation rate by improving customer satisfaction and understanding clients’ needs.
• Summarising clients’ needs and communicating with the product development team.

• Degree or equivalent level qualification.
• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the education industry.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and high client satisfaction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.
• Ability to manage an extensive workload and frequently conflicting priorities.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and proactive in resolving issues.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrable initiative to develop and improve services.
• Diligent, responsible, and approachable.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Great attention to detail.

• Understanding of tutoring business trends in both the UK and China.
• Understanding of the UK education system and its equivalent in China.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
