Sales & Client Relationship Coordinator (Conveyancing) Salford Quays £25,000 + Uncapped Commission
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and motivated Sales & Client Relationship Coordinator to join our friendly and growing team based in Salford Quays.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning enquiries into instructed conveyancing clients, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:- Convert inbound and qualified leads into instructed conveyancing clients.
- Build rapport with prospective clients over the telephone and by email.
- Follow up enquiries professionally and proactively.
- Accurately record, administer and track all leads from initial enquiry through to instruction.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets to monitor sales performance, lead conversion and client information.
- Produce professional email communications and maintain accurate client records.
- Provide administrative support to the Conveyancers and the Office Manager, assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
- Work collaboratively within a small, close-knit team.
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the business through excellent client service and proactive sales activity.
- Previous experience in a sales, customer service or client relationship role
- Experience making outbound sales calls (not necessarily cold calling)
- Excellent telephone etiquette with the ability to build trust and confidence
- Own transport or reliable access to Salford Quays
- Right to work in the UK
- Exceptional written communication and email skills
- Strong administration and organisational abilities with excellent attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, with the confidence to create and manage spreadsheets, track data, analyse information and produce reports.
- Experience working in a professional office environment
- An understanding of how to work professionally within a small, close-knit office, supporting colleagues and contributing positively to the team
- A proactive, enthusiastic attitude with a genuine passion for sales and customer service
- Eagerness to learn, develop and help make the business even more successful
- £25,000 basic salary
- Full-time office-based position
