About the role Street Group is a Manchester based Prop Tech company focused on improving the property industry through technology.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will help expand our reach by introducing our software products to estate agencies across the UK.

Full time, hybrid - Compensation: 28K to 30K base salary plus uncapped commission with an OTE of 45K

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in collaboration with the marketing, sales, and customer success departments.
- Reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and other digital channels.
- Build and manage a pipeline of self-generated leads.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and communicate their value to potential customers.
- Maintain high performance standards while working within a collaborative team environment.
- Ensure every potential client receives a high quality experience.
- Previous experience in a B2B outbound sales role.
- A track record of hitting monthly targets and key performance indicators.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach to sales and a persistent drive to succeed.
- Ability to take initiative and comfort in making cold outreach calls.
- Strong communication skills and a desire to learn the technical details of our product suite.

The interview process consists of two stages: an introductory phone call with the talent team followed by a hiring manager interview that includes an outbound call roleplay.
