Sales & Lettings Negotiator

Qube Residential have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and hard working individual to join their growing team based in our Bolton office. You will be joining a fast growing sales and lettings agency that sell and manage quality properties across the North West. Previous experience is preferred however full training is provided. It is a great time to join the team during this expansion.

The sales and lettings negotiator role involves managing your own workload and diary to assist in the smooth operation of the department.

Responsibilities will include:

• Dealing with property enquiries
• Arrange and conduct viewings
• Negotiate offers
• Provide feedback to vendors and landlords
• Complete administrative tasks to ensure completion of a sale or tenancy.

The candidate should have;

• Excellent attention to detail
• Confident and approachable personality
• Willingness to learn and be adaptable
• Experience of working as part of a team
• Comfortable managing their own workload
• Full UK driving licence and use of their own vehicle
