If you have experience in fast paced sales role and are looking to build a long-term career within mortgage advice, this Sales Executive opportunity offers an excellent platform to develop your skills and progress into a Trainee Mortgage Advisor role.

You’ll join a growing specialist lender that is committed to investing in its people. With a fully funded CeMAP qualification, structured training and ongoing coaching, you’ll gain the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to progress into mortgage advice.
Working alongside experienced Mortgage Advisors, you’ll develop your understanding of the mortgage market, learn how to identify customer needs and build your ability to deliver tailored lending solutions to customers across the UK.

Package & Benefits for the Sales Executive:
£28,000 – £35,000 basic salary, depending on experience
Uncapped OTE of £50,000, with typical earnings around £41,000

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and play an important role in understanding their requirements and supporting them through the early stages of their mortgage journey. You’ll work closely with experienced Mortgage Advisors, developing your product knowledge and sales skills while progressing towards your CeMAP qualification.

Key Responsibilities for the Sales Executive:
Manage inbound customer enquiries and establish a clear understanding of customer requirements
Gather relevant information to assess customer needs and identify appropriate lending solutions
Support customers throughout the early stages of the mortgage application journey
Work alongside experienced Mortgage Advisors to develop your knowledge of mortgage products and the advice process
Build an understanding of FCA regulations, responsible lending and customer affordability
Develop strong product and market knowledge through structured training and hands-on experience
Deliver an exceptional customer experience while working towards individual sales, quality and performance targets
Successfully complete the fully funded CeMAP qualification as part of your development pathway
Progress towards a Mortgage Advisor position as your knowledge, experience and qualifications develop

Experience needed for the Sales Executive:

At least 12 months’ experience in a KPI-driven sales or financial services role
Experience working within a target-driven environment
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A genuine interest in financial services, mortgages and specialist lending
The motivation and commitment to complete a fully funded CeMAP qualification
A customer-focused approach combined with a strong commercial mindset
The ability to work towards targets while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service
