Internal Sales Support

What will you be doing as Sales Support:
Working in their well established offices just outside Swinton, you will be working closely to support field based account manager to provide excellent customer support. Duties will include:

Liaising with customers by phone and email, building positive relationships
Assisting with day to day enquiries and updating customers on order progress
Preparing and issuing quotes, monitoringany outstanding quotes and flagging them up
Processing orders meet dispatch deadlines
Handling customer issues, liaising with other departments and external couriers where necessary
Updating customer records, pricing and the CRM database

Ideally experienced in a Sales Administration, Sale Support, Sales Co-ordinator or similar customer support role
Comfortable working with Word, Excel and email
Accurate with a strong eye for detail
Confident with excellent people skills
