Moon Moments is recruiting on behalf of a well-established client looking to grow its sales team across Manchester. They're after confident, personable individuals to join as Customer Sales Representatives, engaging directly with people where they work, shop, and live to represent well-known charities and brands.

About the Role

As a Customer Sales Representative, you'll be working out in the local community across Manchester, meeting residents directly and having genuine, one-to-one conversations. Your job is to introduce people to the charity or brand you're representing, explain what they stand for, and guide anyone interested through a simple, straightforward sign-up process.

Every conversation is different, so you'll need to be personable, adaptable, and comfortable speaking with people wherever you find them - whether that's where they work, shop, or live - building trust and rapport quickly as you go.

What You'll Be Doing

* Engaging people across Manchester where they work, shop, and live, speaking directly with them face to face.

* Introducing people to the brand or charity you represent in a friendly, one-to-one conversation.

* Clearly explaining campaigns, offers, or causes, and answering any questions honestly.

* Converting genuine interest into sign-ups through a simple, guided process.

* Accurately recording new customer or supporter details.

* Working towards personal and team sales targets.

* Attending regular training on sales technique, communication, and product knowledge.

You'll do well in this role if you are:

* Reliable, with the flexibility to work across different areas of Manchester.

* Keen to learn and develop genuine sales skills.

We welcome applicants from retail, hospitality, customer service, telesales, or graduates looking for a hands-on introduction to a sales career.

What You'll Receive

* Full training and ongoing coaching from experienced team members.

* Total earnings ranging between £1,935 and £2000 per calendar month, made up of a base salary plus uncapped performance-based commission (subject to successful completion of a four-week probationary period).
