Rutherford Briant is seeking a Defence Sales/BD Manager to own growth across the defence portfolio in the UK. You will engage engineers, government stakeholders and primes, translating complex capabilities into commercial value and leading bid activity from opportunity through to contract.
The role requires proven defence/tech sales experience, deep knowledge of the UK defence ecosystem, and the ability to manage B2B cycles end-to-end with strategic relationships across primes, MOD and SMEs.
