Business Development Representative (BDR)

We’re currently looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative to join a growing sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone with B2B sales experience who wants to develop their career within a successful and supportive environment. There is a clear progression path into Account Management or New Business Sales, with 65% of the sales team progressing internally. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing and Account Management teams to identify and qualify opportunities within the existing customer base.

• Researching key decision-makers across the finance sector and defined markets.
• Building strong knowledge of the product and communicating its value to customers.
• Conducting outbound prospecting through calls, emails and social media.
• Creating personalized, persona-based outreach content, including emails and videos.
• Qualifying leads and converting them into opportunities for the sales team.
• Working towards and exceeding agreed KPIs and sales targets.
• Learning and applying the MEDDIC sales methodology.
• Using Outreach.io to manage and track prospecting activity.
• Managing your pipeline effectively and keeping prospect activity organized.
