Account Manager

Manchester City Centre | Fully On-Site | £30,000 basic salary+ benefits

Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 5:00pm

We’re looking for a professional, organised and customer-focused Desk-Based Account Manager to join our team in Manchester city centre.

This is not a sales role and there are no sales targets. Instead, you’ll be responsible for supporting a portfolio of smaller client accounts from day one, building strong relationships and guiding them throughout their full customer journey.

You’ll be the first point of contact for your clients, helping with everything from general account queries and billing questions to renewals and adding new products or services where these are appropriate for the customer.

• Managing a portfolio of small client accounts from onboarding through to renewal
• Building positive, long-term relationships with customers
• Handling day-to-day account, service and general customer queries
