• Booking a wide selection of luxury worldwide travel products, including tailor-made bespoke itineraries
• Working with clients directly and liaising with agents/suppliers
• Forging strong relationships with clients, agents and suppliers
• Delivering exceptional levels of customer service at all times
• Offering product / destination advice and itinerary suggestions
• Achieving sales targets

• Previous travel agency sales/tour operator experience - essential
• Luxury travel product knowledge - essential
• Strong sales ability / able to achieve sales targets
• Excellent customer service skills and good attention to detail
• Confident and professional telephone manner
