Midas is seeking a Business Development Manager for seafood to food service in the North West. The role covers Liverpool, Manchester, Preston, Burnley with a focus on retaining key accounts and expanding share of wallet through strategic menus and costing for chef-level decisions.
The ideal candidate will have proven food service sales experience, preferably with seafood knowledge, and be capable of working autonomously to win new accounts in pubs, hotels and restaurants.
