We are working with an established Managed Services Provider (MSP) delivering a broad range of IT solutions to mid-market customers.

Alongside hardware and PC/laptop solutions, the company provides ongoing IT support, maintenance and managed services.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established business with a strong customer base and significant scope to grow existing accounts, identify new opportunities and increase revenue through additional IT services.

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager / MSP Sales Specialist to join the commercial team.

This is a sales-focused role combining new business development, account management and account growth. You will be responsible for identifying customer requirements, developing relationships and converting opportunities into revenue.

A key part of the role will be upselling and cross-selling the company's wider portfolio of IT services into an established customer base, alongside generating new business through proactive outbound activity.
