Our client is a well-established and growing sales and marketing company based in Central Manchester. Due to continued growth, they are looking for motivated and confident individuals to join their customer-facing sales team on a long-term, full-time equivalent basis.

No previous sales experience is required. Full training, ongoing coaching and support are provided, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and build a long-term career within a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

• Engaging with potential customers and building positive relationships through face-to-face campaigns.
• Representing client brands professionally and delivering a great customer experience.
• Presenting products and services clearly and answering customer questions.
• Working towards sales goals while developing your communication and customer service skills.

• Availability:
  Aged 18+ with full-time equivalent availability of 4-5 full days per week (Monday-Saturday).
• Location:
  
  Able to commute to St Ann's Square, Manchester as required.
• Communication:
  Strong English communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence speaking face-to-face.
• Attitude: A positive, motivated approach and willingness to learn and develop.
• Experience:
  
  Previous customer-facing experience is welcomed but not essential.

• Immediate starts available.
• Full client and product training from day one.
• Ongoing coaching and development in sales, communication and customer service.
• Uncapped commission-based earnings, paid weekly, with additional performance incentives.
• Regular team socials, activities and company events.

This is a subcontracted role with commission-based earnings. Those with experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, events, promotions, marketing, field sales or other customer-facing roles are encouraged to apply, although previous experience is not essential.

This opportunity requires full-time equivalent availability of 4-5 full days per week (Monday-Saturday) and is not suitable for candidates currently in education (school, college or university) or current international students.
