Element is growing, and were looking for ambitious, confident, and motivated individuals to join our Sales & Marketing team in Manchester as we build towards our next stage of expansion.

With our sights set on expanding into new UK locations, were looking to bring talented people into the business now and develop them alongside our growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build real experience in sales, marketing, customer engagement, and business development while working as part of a fast-moving team.

This is a hands-on, events-based role where youll represent well-known brands through live promotional campaigns. Youll work directly with customers at events and promotional locations, helping our clients increase brand awareness, build strong customer relationships, and deliver memorable face-to-face experiences.

No previous sales or marketing experience is required. Full training, coaching, and ongoing mentorship are provided.
