Business Development Manager
Location: Manchester (Hybrid)
Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 DOE + Car Allowance
We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth by securing new commercial M&E maintenance, Facilities Management and Building Solutions contracts.
The Role- Develop and win new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with managing agents, property owners and commercial clients.
- Attend client meetings, networking events and site surveys.
- Support tenders, proposals and pricing strategies.
- Work closely with operational teams to deliver successful solutions.
- Minimum 5 years' business development experience within M&E Maintenance, Facilities Management or Building Solutions.
- Proven success securing contracts worth £100k–£2m per annum.
- Strong network within the commercial property sector.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of M&E maintenance services.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable:
- Engineering background or qualification.
- Experience with Maximo or similar systems.
- Public Sector/OJEU tender experience.
- Existing network across the North West and Midlands.
- £60,000–£65,000 DOE
