Contract:

From luxury mattresses to expertly designed bed frames, they pride themselves on offering comfort, quality, and honest advice.

The Role They're looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Associate to join their friendly team at the Arndale Shopping Centre.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, sharing product knowledge, and creating a welcoming in-store experience.

As part of the sales team, you'll:
Provide exceptional customer service

• greeting every customer with a smile and genuine interest.

Offer expert advice on the range of mattresses and beds, helping customers find their perfect fit.

Confidently explain product features, benefits, and differences to support customers in making informed decisions.

Close sales with a consultative, customer-first approach.

Engage in light upselling

• giving product suggestions/recommendations alongside their initial enquiry Maintain a tidy, inviting showroom that reflects the brand's high standards.

About You You're approachable, enthusiastic, and genuinely enjoy helping people.

You take pride in providing great service and are comfortable working towards sales goals without being pushy.
