Position: Senior SDR (Sales Development Rep) SaaS/AI sales
£35k base, £15k OTE, health, share options, 28 days holiday plus bank holidays

We are recruiting for a Manchester Scale up within the Legal Tech space. They have an award winning SaaS solution that’s driven by AI and Machine learning and delivers effective time and cost savings for their customers. The have doubled their revenues each year and benefit from Series B funding.

They are looking for an experienced SDR to come and join their successful Sales Development team. The role involves researching potential sales opportunities and building a strong and consistent pipeline of high quality leads and meetings. You will be booking these meetings and leading the qualification and demoing before passing for the Account Executives to convert and close. You will utilise a number of routes to market in this role including calls, emails social selling and Linkedin as well as qualifying any inbound opportunities that come in.

This role sits between the SDR team and the AEs, and it is seen as a circa 12 month route into a closing AE role.

To be considered for this position you must

- Have 1-2 years plus outbound SaaS/Tech sales or recruitment experience

- A track record of success

- Be comfortable generating leads via a multi channel approach

- Ability to thrive in a fast paced scale up environment

- Comfortable working in a target driven environment
