Managing all aspects of residential property sales Registering applicants and conducting property viewings Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion Generating new business and winning instructions Providing first-class service to clients and applicants Building long-term relationships within the local market What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience) :
Previous experience in a Sales Negotiator role Proven sales skills and a strong customer service background Valuing and listing experience advantageous Highly motivated, ambitious, and well-presented Confident communicator with a great telephone manner Knowledge of South Kensington and surrounding areas is beneficial Full UK driving licence and own car essential A professional and positive approach to estate agency Is this the role for you?
