Estate Agent - Trainee Sales Valuer

We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Sales Valuer for our Estate Agency client based in Hainault. The successful candidate must have a passion for the property industry, with ideally a background in sales (preferred). Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

Salary and benefits for the role of Trainee Sales Valuer:
Basic £25,000 (including car allowance and mileage) OTE £55,000 - £60,000 Excellent opportunity to fast track your career in Estate Agency! Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6pm, ideally every Saturday 8.30am - 6pm ( with a day back in lieu ) 10% on all listings that exchange Increased commission to 12.5%, and then 15% once certain banking targets are met Responsibilities for the role of Trainee Sales Valuer:
