Estate Agent - Sales Negotiator

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Guildford . The ideal candidate should be target driven and looking to work within a team. You will need to be ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career and have a winning mindset. You can either be an experienced Sales Negotiator looking to join a high performing independent, or a Trainee with strong customer service experience Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car. Salary and benefits package for the role of Sales Negotiator:
Basic £20,000 - £22,000 (depending on experience) OTE £30,000 to £40,000 (depending on experience) Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 6.30pm, Friday 8.30am - 6pm 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am - 5pm with a day back in lieu Car allowance 25p per mile £25 per 5

This role will cover sales and lettings Registering and qualifying potential buyers Generating and conducting viewings Canvassing to bring on new properties Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers Preparing sales brochures Developing relationships Giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis Booking appointments Always delivering exceptional customer service Key Skills for the role of Sales Negotiator:
