Estate Agent - Sales Negotiator

Please note that if you do not have the relevant experience required for the role, your application will not be considered. We are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Saffron Walden. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 - 2 years experience as a Sales Negotiator with ideally local knowledge. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car. Salary and benefits package for the role of Sales Negotiator:
Basic £25,000 OTE £40,000 DOE Bonuses Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, every other Saturday with day off in lieu 5 day working week Excellent career progression to development into Valuing Responsibilities for the role of Sales Negotiator:
Registering and qualifying potential buyers Generating and conducting viewings Canvassing to bring on new properties Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers Preparing sales brochures Developing relationships Giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis Booking appointments Always delivering exceptional customer service Key Skills for the role of Sales Negotiator: A minimum of 1 - 2 years experience as a Sales Negotiator Local knowledge preferable (not essential) Someone looking to build up a good personal brand within an established and reputable company High level of customer service skills Well-spoken with good telephone manner Well presented Target driven and ambitious The desire to work well in a team and be an excellent team player Highly motivated Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car Additional Company Information:
