Regional Sales Manager

Our client, a rapidly expanding international manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced, driven, and proactive Regional Sales Manager to join their growing commercial team. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, duties to include:
Take ownership of securing new sales, strengthening customer loyalty, and championing the company brand. Actively identify new business opportunities within the core customer base, maximising client potential and showcasing how our products and services outperform alternatives in a competitive marketplace. Confidently negotiate tender and contract terms, prepare accurate quotations, and manage client accounts with professionalism and precision. Delivering pre-sales support, product education, and after-sales assistance, ensuring customers receive a seamless and informed experience from start to finish.

Alongside meeting and exceeding sales targets, you will coordinate sales projects and support wider marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and industry events. Deliver technical presentations that clearly demonstrate how company solutions meet client needs, while working collaboratively with colleagues and technical specialists across the business. As a successful candidate, you will bring a strong background in sales or account management, confidence in client-facing environments, exceptional organisational and communication skills, and a consistently professional approach.

Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft packages would be advantageous. A current UK driving licence is essential.
