Sales Coordinator

Reed is delighted to be partnering with a leading manufacturer in Halifax to recruit an Internal Sales Coordinator on a permanent basis. As a result of sustained growth and success, this exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join their team. You will be at the heart of the business, coordinating sales activities, supporting customers, and helping to ensure their market-leading products continue to reach clients across the industry.

Day-to-day of the role:
Prepare technical quotes and liaise with a diverse customer base across the UK and Europe, including architects and subcontractors. Handle sales enquiries promptly and effectively. Promote and understand our product offerings to enhance sales. Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Operations, Technical, Marketing, Finance, and Design to ensure seamless operations. Provide exceptional customer service through both proactive and reactive phone and email communications.

Read and interpret construction drawings as needed. Serve as the internal point of contact for the External Sales Team. Occasionally travel within the UK and Europe to meet business needs. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Internal Sales. Background in the construction industry is highly beneficial. Strong customer service skills, with a personable and professional demeanor. Motivated and keen to learn. Proficiency in Microsoft programs.

Experience with CRM Systems, ERP, and Sage Accounting is desirable but not essential. Benefits:

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Holiday Entitlement: 25 days plus statutory bank holidays, totalling 33 days per annum.
