ROLE OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking a Regional Business Specialist to join a leading provider of analytical instrumentation and material testing solutions based in the UK to cover the North West of England.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Drive the sales and revenue growth of our client's portfolio of analytical instruments, including (U)
HPLC, LC-MS, GC, GC-MS, and Spectroscopy solutions, by engaging with new and existing customers. - Collaborate proactively with internal teams such as service, product specialists, and marketing to provide comprehensive support and solutions that meet customer needs.
- Prepare and implement strategic business plans, territory strategies, reports, tender documents, and tailored solution proposals to achieve business objectives.
- Lead technical pre-sales discussions, evaluate customer requirements, recommend suitable solutions, and manage the sales process from lead qualification to closing.
- As the Regional Business Specialist you will deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to showcase product capabilities and promote technological innovation.
- A Degree or higher level in scientific disciplines such as chemistry, analytical chemistry, pharmacy, biochemistry, or related fields.
- Proven experience in solution selling, with a strong background in chromatography systems; additional experience with spectroscopy and mass spectrometry is desirable.
- Hands-on laboratory experience in chromatography, spectroscopy, and mass spectrometry techniques.
- A solid understanding of the theory and application of mass spectrometry and chromatography; familiarity with chromatography software systems and ability to learn new systems quickly.
