Used Car Sales Controller - Automotive Business, Manchester
I'm currently working with a successful automotive retailer that is looking to add an experienced Sales Controller / Manager to their high performing team.
What's on offer:- Basic salary of up to 40,000
- Realistic OTE of up to 70,000
- Structured shift pattern with 2 days off during the week
- One full weekend off every month
- Join a busy, established site with a strong reputation and consistent stock levels
- Previous experience as a Sales Controller or Sales Manager within the trade
- Ideal experience in a used car supermarket or other high volume automotive sales environment
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- A proven track record of driving sales performance and delivering exceptional customer service
- Commercial awareness with the ability to motivate a successful sales team
