Regional Sales Manager | North West territory
To maximise and increase sales within a designated geographical area, while representing the brand credentials within region. Engaging with local plumbers, merchants, installers, retailers to increase our market share by selling our products into the repair, maintenance and improvement sectors as well as developing opportunities into small regional projects at the trade counter and showrooms.
Responsibilities, Accountabilities and Duties:- Deliver regional targets in line with budget and channel strategy plan.
- Identify and engage development customers for new opportunities.
- Provide ongoing, high-quality sales support to existing customers across assigned regions through regular visits, phone contact, and email communication.
- Check stock availability, confirm pricing, and generate customer orders using company-provided devices.
- Liaise with Sales Office teams and Sales Managers to prepare quotations and supply customers with required documentation (e.g., product specifications, DOP certificates).
- Work closely with UK Sales Office, logistics, and purchasing teams to ensure timely order fulfilment, accurate lead times, and effective management of customer expectations.
- Use the CRM system to track leads, log quotations, follow up on opportunities, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to existing and potential customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure availability of brochures, price lists, and point-of-sale materials for UK customers.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events as required.
Contribute to team culture by promoting collaboration, results orientation, and company values.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, confident, and capable of building trusted relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- A proactive team player who can also work independently and use their own initiative.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits, trade shows, team meetings, and training (including travel within the UK and to Ireland).
- Experience selling to high-end retail outlets
- Strong basic salary of up to £60,000 DOE & annual bonus
