Mazda UK is a subsidiary of Mazda Corporation, based in Hiroshima Japan, and with European regional headquarters near Cologne.

The UK operation employs 120+ staff, the majority based in our new head office in Dartford, Kent.

Mazda has been importing cars into the UK market since 1969, has 130 independent dealerships and sells up to 50,000 cars per year.

Responsible for maximising MMUK vehicle and accessory revenue within the Territory through the achievement of sales targets & the delivery of retail brand objectives. Further responsible for being the primary interface to the Dealers, taking a consultative approach in dealing with new vehicle sales, marketing, vehicle wholesale, targeting, training and bonus payments as well as for auditing the achievement of new vehicle sales objectives.

Moreover, responsible for assisting in developing all dealers’ profitability in the assigned territory. Covering North Wales, Lancashire, Wallasey, Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Merseyside, and Cumbria.

• Previous experience or exposure to the automotive industry (desirable)?
• Strong knowledge of automotive retail operations and head office functions?
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal?
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines?
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a large team?
• A flexible and proactive approach, with the ability to adapt according to the business needs?
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint?
