As a Beauty Box Sourcing Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of our Beauty Box offering. Working closely with the wider team, you'll help bring products together and ensure we're delivering exciting, well-executed boxes each month.

• Owning the end-to-end commercial performance of one or more Beauty Box product categories, delivering a sourcing strategy that aligns with customer trends, brand mix, product performance, and commercial targets.
• Building, managing and growing brand partnerships within your category, proactively pitching the Beauty Box proposition, negotiating product, marketing and commercial agreements, and securing the best possible value while protecting business objectives.
• Using performance data and customer insight to drive decision-making, analysing ROI, product satisfaction, and customer feedback to shape future sourcing recommendations and strengthen category performance.
• Managing category budgets and commercial reporting, maintaining visibility of cost positions, identifying risks and opportunities, and presenting actionable recommendations to the Senior Sourcing Manager.
• Overseeing contract management across your category, ensuring agreements are accurate, completed on time, appropriately escalated for legal review where required, and fully documented.
• Maintaining accurate sourcing and project tracking, ensuring reliable, up-to-date information is available to support planning and decision-making.
• Contributing to team success through category expertise and stakeholder communication, sharing market insight, preparing presentations, and representing your category in team meetings and wider business forums.
• Requesting, coordinating, and tracking product samples from brands for photoshoots and the social media team, following up to ensure timely delivery and avoid delays to content or campaign timelines.
