Youll be responsible for generating sales building relationships with prospective purchasers and delivering a professional consultative service throughout the buying process.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a New Homes Sales Consultant:

• Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to legal completion
• Conduct viewings and demonstrate the features and benefits of the development
• Build strong relationships with prospective purchasers solicitors and mortgage advisers
• Maintain accurate records using the companys CRM system and sales reporting processes
• Achieve sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Ensure the sales office marketing suite and show homes are presented to a consistently high standard

• Previous experience in new homes sales or residential estate agency sales
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
• Strong negotiation communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional confident and approachable manner
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Good IT skills and experience using CRM systems
• Flexible approach to working weekends and bank holidays as required
