What You'll Be Doing Meeting homeowners to discuss the benefits of solar energy solutions

Conducting professional in-home consultations and presentations

Understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solar packages

Building trust and providing expert guidance throughout the sales process

Managing opportunities through the CRM system and maintaining accurate records

Consistently working towards and exceeding sales targets

Representing the business with professionalism and integrity at all times

Essential Experience & SkillsA minimum of 2 years' experience in residential sales

Proven ability to sell face-to-face and successfully close deals

Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skillsA self-motivated, organised and professional approach

Comfortable using CRM systems and managing your own sales pipeline

Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Desirable

Experience with in solar energy, renewable energy, home improvements, windows, conservatories, roofing, heating systems, or similar sectorsA genuine interest in sustainability and renewable technologies
