What You'll Be Doing- Meeting homeowners to discuss the benefits of solar energy solutions
- Conducting professional in-home consultations and presentations
- Understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solar packages
- Building trust and providing expert guidance throughout the sales process
- Managing opportunities through the CRM system and maintaining accurate records
- Consistently working towards and exceeding sales targets
- Representing the business with professionalism and integrity at all times
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in residential sales
- Proven ability to sell face-to-face and successfully close deals
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- A self-motivated, organised and professional approach
- Comfortable using CRM systems and managing your own sales pipeline
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Experience with in solar energy, renewable energy, home improvements, windows, conservatories, roofing, heating systems, or similar sectors
- A genuine interest in sustainability and renewable technologies
