We’re looking for a Senior Sales Consultant to join our fast‑growing Learning & Development business — helping senior leaders, executives, and boards unlock their potential with career‑defining programmes.
What you’ll do- Consistently hit and exceed ambitious revenue targets
- Drive new business development while maximising growth from existing accounts
- Lead high‑stakes negotiations with senior executives and decision‑makers
- Build and sustain long‑term client partnerships that generate repeat business
- Take ownership of your end‑to‑end pipeline, reporting results with precision
- Operate with autonomy while staying aligned to a high‑performance, values‑driven culture
- A proven track record of smashing B2B/B2C sales targets and KPIs
- Experience winning high‑value, complex deals with senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen and a consultative sales style that converts needs into results
- Confidence in prospecting, social selling, and digital/phone‑based lead generation
- Familiarity with the Learning & Development or professional education space (preferred, not essential)
- Uncapped earnings potential (£80k+ OTE realistic in year one)
- Direct access to C‑suite and board‑level clients — build your network at the top
- A role with real autonomy and ownership — no micromanagement, just results
