Sales Executive, hybrid, Witney, Oxfordshire Up to £35,000 (DoE)  Uncapped Performance Bonus and company car allowance About the Role Are you a driven, target-focused B2B sales professional looking for your next challenge? We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join a team in Witney. In this role, you will play a key part in growing the client base through direct networking, account management, and client visits across the local region.

If you have proven B2B or B2C sales experience, love getting out to meet clients face-to-face, and have a track record of exceeding targets, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities Actively generate new business leads through client visits, local networking events, and cold outreach Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients face-to-face and virtually Deliver sales pitches, presentations, and product/service demonstrations during client meetings Manage the full sales pipeline from prospect identification to deal closure Consistently meet and exceed agreed individual performance and revenue targets Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions within the CRM system Requirements Prior B2B or B2C sales experience is essential Valid driving licence and own vehicle are essential Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth Exceptional face-to-face communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable managing your own diary Local to Witney or within a reasonable commuting distance
