What You'll Be Doing Identifying and winning new auction opportunities Building relationships with vendors, investors, developers and property professionals Working closely with our branch network to generate auction instructions Advising clients on the benefits of selling via auction Managing the sales journey from instruction through to completion Growing your reputation as an auction property specialist What We're Looking For You'll be someone who:
Loves building relationships and winning business Has experience within Estate Agency, Lettings, Property Sales or a customer-focused sales role Is commercially minded and target driven Has excellent communication and negotiation skills Thrives in a fast-paced environment Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle No auction experience? No problem. We'll give you the training and support needed to succeed.
