Business Development Consultant

We're growing our high-performing team at Amoria Group and are looking to speak with driven, ambitious individuals with 12+ months' experience in sales, business development, recruitment, account management, or another client-facing commercial role who are ready to take the next step in their career.

This opportunity sits within one of our Advanced Engineering teams
, working across either the UK & European market or the US market

This is a client-focused Business Development role where you will:

• Identify and engage prospective clients across your specialist market
• Build and develop long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market mapping
• Qualify client hiring needs and manage the recruitment sales process from initial engagement through to signed agreements
• Become a trusted advisor to your client base, providing market insight and consultancy
• Conduct client meetings both virtually and face-to-face, with opportunities for international travel across Europe and the US
• Collaborate closely with delivery teams who will source and manage candidates on your behalf
• Develop your personal brand through networking events, social media, and industry engagement

• 12+ months' experience in sales, business development, recruitment, account management, customer success, or a similar commercial role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
