Entry Level Sales Representative

Element is looking for enthusiastic and driven Entry Level Sales Representatives to join our expanding team in Manchester city centre. In this customer-facing role, you'll represent our clients, engage with customers face-to-face and introduce them to relevant products and services, helping to create a positive and professional customer experience.

No previous sales experience is necessary, as full training is provided from day one. You'll also benefit from ongoing guidance, coaching and development to help you strengthen your communication skills, build confidence and grow within the role. Whether you're taking your first step into the working world or have experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or another people-oriented role, we'd love to hear from individuals who are eager to learn and ready to take on a new challenge.

Key Responsibilities Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional and engaging manner. Represent our clients through direct, face-to-face sales. Introduce and explain products and services to potential customers. Identify customer needs and communicate suitable solutions. Develop positive relationships through effective communication. Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout every interaction. Work towards individual goals and contribute to team targets. Keep sales records and customer information accurate.

Represent Element and its clients at promotional campaigns, events and customer activations. Collaborate with colleagues to support team performance and shared objectives. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will:

Experience in sales, retail, hospitality or customer service is an advantage, but it isn't essential. We provide full training to help you get started.
