About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing UK financial advice business making pensions and financial advice more accessible. They welcome talented salespeople from outside financial services, recognising the importance of building trust, communicating clearly and motivating customers to take action.
Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers
Engage existing database contacts and generate interest in financial advice
Book qualified appointments for Financial Advisers
Build rapport and trust over the phone
Handle objections confidently and professionally
Meet activity, quality and appointment conversion KPIs
Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout
About You
Experience in outbound sales, telesales, business development or another target-driven sales role
Background in recruitment, car finance, property, insurance, telecoms or a similar sales environment
Confident telephone manner with strong communication and relationship-building skills
Resilient, competitive and motivated by targets and uncapped earnings
Strong objection-handling skills
Ambition to develop a long-term career in financial advice
No previous financial services experience required
