Manchester City is seeking a friendly front-of-house assistant to join the Etihad Stadium team. You will welcome visitors, check them in for the Stadium Tour and Altitude experiences, and guide them to the souvenir shop with excellent service.
You will take souvenir photos, sell photos and merchandise using the VEGA system, support the Tours VR experience and perform daily admin tasks in Excel and Word, collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth, engaging visit.
