We are seeking a proactive and professional Security Guard to join our team in Irlam. You will be the face of the company, ensuring the safety of our site and our 150 employees while providing essential support to the wider business.

The Financials & Benefits:

• Shift Pattern: 4-on-4-off (6am 6pm days / 6pm 6am nights).

Your Role & Responsibilities:
As the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, and deliveries, you will represent the company with professionalism. Your duties include:

• Site Security:
  Conducting 6 physical patrols per shift (factory, offices, and outbuildings) and securing all gates/shutters.
• CCTV & Systems:
  Monitoring hourly CCTV patrols and operating Intruder/Fire Alarm and Access Control systems.
• Safety & First Aid:
  Acting as a First Aider and managing accident reporting.
• Site Support:
  Covering reception out of hours and managing the visitor pass system.
• Record Keeping:
  Maintaining accurate digital logs for diesel, keys, pool cars, and incidents.

What We Are Looking For:

• A professional, engaging individual with a strong background in Security Gatehouse work.
• Willingness to act as a First Aider (training provided if required).
• Competency in using PCs for record-keeping and report writing.
• Reliability to handle a 4-on-4-off day/night rotation.
