Front of House Officer

Location: Manchester, M1 4LF

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Compensation: £14.50 per hour

Ensure exemplary standards of customer service, safety and security are provided to the client and visitors to the site at all times. Act as the public face of the site, maintaining professionalism and a can‑do attitude.

Interact readily with all visitors and tenants, delivering a first‑class service and proactively offering assistance to visitors and staff on site.

Carry out regular patrols, ensuring safety for all visitors and tenants, and manage incidents on site with detailed record‑keeping for compliance.

Maintain continuous monitoring of site radio systems and liaise with the management team on all aspects of service delivery.

Carry out minor PPMs including fire alarm testing and L8 temperature checks, report building and fabric faults, and track progress to completion.

• SIA frontline guarding licence
• CCTV SIA licence (desirable)
• Previous experience managing multiple site visitors, particularly contractors
• Vigilance with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience working as part of a team in a multi‑site FM environment

Full training is provided at start to enable you to perform effectively and become part of the team.
