We’re looking for a Loss Prevention Officer to help keep our customers, associates and assets safe.

Experience in a customer‑facing role, a fast‑paced retail environment or as a security guard is ideal but not essential.

• Support a positive customer experience within our stores by being a visible, friendly, approachable presence at our entrance.
• Deterr loss on the sales floor while acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.
• Work closely with the store team to maintain product security and deliver effective conflict resolution when required.
• Remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Be self‑motivated, resilient and communicate effectively.
