Night Porter - Residential Apartment Block | Marylebone, London Marylebone, London £28,000 per annum  Plenty of Overtime 7pm-7am | 2 on, 2 off 100 Luxury Residential Apartments Looking for a long-term Night Porter role with a friendly, supportive team and the opportunity to earn extra through regular overtime? We're recruiting on behalf of a well-maintained residential development in the heart of Marylebone, offering the chance to join a close-knit team of just four staff.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being the go-to person on site, takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and is happy working independently overnight. What you'll be doing:
Welcoming and assisting residents, visitors and contractors Receiving and managing deliveries Carrying out regular site patrols and security checks Monitoring CCTV and building systems Responding to resident enquiries professionally and efficiently Reporting maintenance issues and ensuring communal areas remain clean, safe and presentable General porter duties to help keep the building running smoothly We're looking for someone who:
Has previous experience within residential property (preferred) Alternatively has a strong hotel front-of-house, porter or concierge background Is reliable, proactive and enjoys delivering great customer service Is confident working independently on night shifts Holds a valid SIA licence or has previous security experience (advantageous but not essential) What's on offer? £28,000 annual salary 2 on, 2 off shift pattern (7pm-7am) 28 days annual leave Company pension Plenty of overtime available to boost your earnings Friendly, supportive team environment Stable, long-term opportunity with a respected employer If you're looking for your next Night Porter position and enjoy working in a professional residential environment where no two nights are the same, we'd love to hear from you.
