Based at Caritas Accommodation Projects (MANCHESTER)

We are advertising for Bank Support Workers to work a variety of shifts across our accommodation projects across Manchester. You will provide a friendly and professional welcome to the residents coming in and out of the building, as well as spending time with residents who are in the communal areas.
You will be responsible for doing building checks, dealing with emergencies, answering telephone calls, monitoring CCTV and undertaking minor domestic tasks.
Shifts are:
Nights - 20:45pm – 9:15am (7 nights)
Evenings - 16:45pm to 21:15pm (weekdays)
Weekends – 9:00am to 21:15pm (weekends)
You will also have good IT and admin skills and have the ability to use computer-based systems for recording information (training provided).
Experience of working with people who are homeless is essential. You must also be able to cover evenings, nights and weekend shifts.
