We’re looking for a Youth Outreach Specialist to support young people aged 18–25 who are currently out of work due to health-related barriers. You’ll work with a small caseload, building trust, motivation, and confidence, helping young people take their first steps toward employment, education, or further support.
This is a community-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys outreach, relationship-building, and making a tangible difference. We have roles in Ealing and Brent.
Key responsibilities- Manage a caseload of up to 25 young adults
- Build trusted one-to-one relationships and support motivation and confidence
- Carry out outreach and engagement activities in the local community
- Work with partners and services to create progression opportunities
- Support young people to explore next steps and access appropriate services
- Experience supporting young people or adults with barriers to work (or similar challenges)
- Confident building relationships with hard-to-reach individuals
- Comfortable working independently in the community
- Enjoy working to targets to make a difference
You’ll play a key role in helping young people move forward with their lives, in a role that offers variety, autonomy, and real social impact.
