About this jobWe are recruiting for Tenant Liaison Officers for upcoming refurbishment and improvement projects across social housing stock in Greater Manchester.
You will be working as a Tenant Liaison Officer on a full‑time basis, supporting tenants throughout a live social housing project.
Your day‑to‑day work will involve coordinating appointments, resolving tenant queries, providing updates on works, and ensuring residents feel informed and supported.
Some travel between sites may be required.
Qualifications- Previous experience as a Tenant Liaison Officer or in a similar resident‑facing role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage sensitive situations professionally
- A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle (desirable due to travel requirements)
- Confidence working independently and as part of a project team
- Weekly Pay Competitive Rates PAYE or Umbrella
