We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Social Inclusion Worker to join our team.

About

the Role

You will support young people aged 18–25 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to access services, build skills, and improve their social, emotional, and practical wellbeing. Working both within our services and the wider community, you will deliver engaging activities, promote independence, and support positive move‑on outcomes.

You will play a key role within the Team Around the Young Person framework, working collaboratively with partners to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred support.

What you’ll be doing

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
  • Engage community services to enhance opportunities for young people
  • Promote safeguarding and adhere to policies and procedures
  • Record outcomes, monitor progress, and contribute to KPI reporting
  • Support young people to develop skills and achieve sustainable move‑on
About you

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • Experience supporting individuals with complex needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A trauma‑informed and solution‑focused approach
  • Confidence working with a range of stakeholders and services
